Our lawful bases

Depending on the circumstances, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a booking contract, to meet legal obligations, for legitimate business interests, or with your consent.

Who receives information

We only share information where needed to operate the booking and website. Providers may include Lodgify and its service providers, payment processors, booking channels used by you, website and security providers, and professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.

Payments

Payment-card details are handled securely by the payment provider and are not stored in full by Tansie House.
