Tansie House is a characterful Cotswolds cottage in Winchcombe, a historic market town and a wonderful base for exploring the wider Cotswolds. Enjoy a thoughtfully styled home with a cosy living room and wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private, established garden with a six-person hot tub, fire pit and outdoor dining.
Three double bedrooms sleep up to six guests. For groups of up to eight, a double sofa bed in the downstairs snug and games room provides space for two more. Please note these are additional sofa-bed spaces, not a fourth bedroom. The house also has two bathrooms, a downstairs cloakroom, private parking for two cars, EV charging and secure bike storage. A travel cot and high chair are available for families.
Explore Winchcombe, the Cotswold Way, Sudeley Castle and nearby towns and villages. After booking, I’ll share my personal recommendations for places to eat, walk and visit. After a day out, return to the hot tub or unwind by the log burner.

Notes
Book direct with confidence. Payment: 25% is due when you book and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation: a full refund is available if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival; 50% of payments made is refundable if you cancel 14–29 days before arrival. There is no automatic refund for cancellations fewer than 14 days before arrival. If we resell all or part of a stay cancelled within 14 days, we will refund the amount recovered for those dates, less any direct costs. We recommend suitable travel insurance. One change of dates may be requested at least 21 days before arrival, subject to availability and any price increase. Guests and fees: the price includes up to six guests. The seventh and eighth guests are £30 per person, per night; please arrange use of the sofa bed in advance. One dog per booking is welcome for £30 per dog, per stay. Please enquire before booking if you would like to bring more than one dog. Dogs must stay off beds and upholstered furniture, must not be left alone if likely to cause distress or damage, and all waste must be cleared. House rules: no parties or events; quiet hours are 10pm–8am; smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home and all outside areas. Please respect our neighbours. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. This is your holiday, and we want it to feel that way until the moment you leave. We don’t believe in giving guests a long list of checkout jobs. We simply ask that you’re considerate and leave the house as you would your own.
